We will also hear from the artists who designed, printed, and assembled this year’s publications: Allison Carter Beaulé, \u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003eElizabeth Castaldo, \u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003eRebecca Josephson \u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003eand Eva Parra \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003eOf Kolbe's winning manuscript Dawes said, \"The collection is framed by four long love poems, named that way not because they are romantic love verse, but because they are poems written in a time of love setting an emotional and mythological space in which human relationships are expressed and explored.
