This machine-based printmaking process combines the speed of digital duplication with the warmth and character of analog printing, creating work that feels both contemporary and handmade.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003eThrough direct interaction with the Risograph, you'll learn how this Japanese duplicator became a beloved tool in artist studios, zine communities, and independent publishers worldwide. Working in collaborative teams, you'll master basic operations while exploring how technical choices shape aesthetic outcomes. Their work explores themes of climate disaster, projected gender essentialism in media, feminine stereotyping in fantasy and utopic dreaming of love in a (un)dying world. They are a co-founder of TXTbooks, an independent publisher of risograph zines. Their publications are held in collections at the Whitney Museum, Metropolitan Museum of Art and SFMoma among others.
