Chatter departs from a series of drawings of the same name made by Rosaire Appel between 1999 and 2025. Demonstrating how her practice bridges analogue and digital media, the sketches incorporate found materials, illustrator graphics, photographs, and asemic inscriptions. Persisting with the artists impulse to continually recycle and edit existing work, this two-tone risograph edition presents "redlined" revisions of original drawings.
