Participants will learn how to lock up their wood forms and print with multiple colors and formats. On the second day, they will draw from the pool of prints, abstracting the originals through a series of exercises and collage techniques to generate new relationships.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003eParticipants will enjoy exploring the large collection of wood type at CBA and printing with it as both abstract pattern and readable language. They will experience the qualities of letterpress ink, in terms of overlapping colors and increasing transparency. She runs Z’roah Press which produces limited edition sculptural books.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003eGross has been an instructor at Center for Book Arts teaching letterpress technique and much more for a number of years.
