Gross will teach the essentials of printing hand-set type like inking and impression and selecting typefaces and paper. Additionally, Gross will lead show students how to properly clean up and maintain the presses for consistent results.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003eThis class is ideal for those who wish to learn to print simple text-based projects on the Vandercooks such as business cards, correspondence cards, and\/or poetry and prose.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003eClass size is limited to ensure an optimal student-to-teacher ratio. She runs Z’roah Press which produces limited edition sculptural books.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003eGross has been an instructor at Center for Book Arts teaching letterpress technique and much more for a number of years. In 2019 she initiated the Book Talk series that continues to feature a diverse range of artists and scholars.
