Natasha Trethewey's hard bound chapbook is comprised of the two following sections. Repentance: After Vermeer’s A Maid Asleep and Articulation: After Miguel Cabrera’s Portrait of St. Gertrude, 1763. This Chapbook was produced in honor of Center for Book Arts 2018 chapbook competition, to which Natasha Trethewey was the judge. The book was designed, printed, hand marbled, and bound by Beth Sheehan with the assistance of Kyle Holland at Center for Book Arts in New York.
