Before the workshop, the instructor will send instructions to students to help them prepare printed sheets for binding. We will collate, fold, sew, and make custom covers for their books. Options include foil stamped titles and insets for images on the front cover. Students will hone their editioning skills and methods through the guidance of the instructor. Students will prep printed pages before class, and I will provide a handout before the workshop begins to guide them through this process. They should print their pages on any text weight paper they prefer, but the grain direction should run in the short direction.
