Sarah Plimpton: Artists’ Books brings together a selection of books spanning several decades of Plimpton’s practice. Working between drawing, printmaking, poetry, and publishing, Plimpton has developed a body of work that treats the book as a space for rhythm, sequence, and attention. Drawn largely from Center for Book Arts’ Fine Art Collection, the exhibition offers a rare opportunity to see this substantial group of works together and to trace the ways image, text, and material form move through her practice.
